Embarcadero 41 Fusion’s corporate chef – Carlo Huerta was featured in this year’s Culinary Style Cafe at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, FL. The Culinary Style Cafe brings to Miami Fashion Week a host of Miami’s celebrity chefs and a culinary experience that travels the world. Chef Carlo prepared a fashionable 3-course tasting menu straight from Embarcadero 41 Fusion’s menu, highlighting Peru’s culture and complimentary to the designers featured during the Peru Showcase. Guests raved about the classic Ceviche that made us, Maki de Causa Acevichada (potato covered cream of crab prepared like a sushi roll) and the Suspiro de Lima (“the sigh” a sweet milk cream dessert). All of the ingredients for the items sampled at the Culinary Fashion Cafe was sponsored by Whole Foods.
